1. The service
Persavox provides real-time face replacement for video, delivered through our desktop app and servers. Usage is metered per second of active streaming and paid with prepaid minutes.
2. Consent and lawful use
You may only use a face (persona) that is your own or that belongs to a person who has given you explicit permission. You must not use the service to deceive, defraud, impersonate a real person without consent, bypass identity verification, harass, or create sexual content of any person. Where the law requires it, you are responsible for disclosing that your video is synthetic.
3. Accounts
One person per account; keep your password private. One active stream per account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
4. Payments and refunds
Minutes are prepaid and do not expire. Unused minutes are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed by our merchant of record; chargebacks lead to account suspension.
5. Content
Persona photos you upload are stored to run the service for you and can be deleted from the app at any time. We do not store your video streams.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
